Our operations include purchase and sale of real estate and the development and operation of commercial properties within the conference-, hotel- and restaurant segment.
The operating organization has established itself as an effective multi-franchise operator in the hotel-and restaurant industry. Primarily focus for the operating team is daily supervision and operation of the company’s own hotels, secondary providing assistance- and consulting services to hotel and restaurant industry in general.

Our story
1991
The company was established with partner 50/50 in 1991 with rental of Triaden Hotel & Conference centre, Oslo North – 155 rooms conference hotel.
1992
Refurbishment and re-opening of Triaden Hotel.
1993
Acquired Triaden Hotel & Conference centre.
1995
Acquired Phønix Hotel Arendal – 85 room city hotel, franchise with Scandic Hotels.
1996
Renovation of Scandic Arendal.
1998
Acquired the partners 50% share.
2000
Renovation of Triaden Hotel.
Acquired Vettre Hotel and Conference centre in Asker, Oslo South – 76 rooms– expanded to 155 room over the years. The property was acquired 50/50 together with Olav Thon – TH Eiendom AS responsible for operation with Thon franchise contract.
2001
Renovation and expansion of Thon Hotel Vettre with 13 new rooms.
2002
Expansion of Thon Hotel Vettre with 20 new rooms.
2005
Sold Scandic Triaden and Scandic Arendal to Olav Thon Group, Thon Hotels.
2006
Established investment company TH Holding AS.
Acquired Linne Hotel, 109 rooms city hotel Oslo North.
The property was acquired 50/50 together with Olav Thon – TH Holding AS responsible for operation with Thon franchise contract.
2007
Renovation of Thon Hotel Linne.
Acquired Dalen Hotel® in Telemark, 42 rooms historical wooden fairytale hotel of 4500 m2 build in 1894.
2008
Expansion of Thon Hotel Vettre with 46 new rooms.
2009
Established Telemarkskanalen Skipsselskap AS for buying and total renovation of the Historical ship M/S Henrik Ibsen®.
Acquired 25% in Bestumveien 99 for development and building of 40 apartments near CC Vest.
2010
Establishment of Norwegian Hospitality Group, responsible for optimalisation of the company’s operations and expansion within the company’s target markets.
M/S Henrik Ibsen® is operating in the Telemark Canal in June with daily journeys between Skien and Dalen.
Projected start up of expansion (stage I) of the Thon Hotel Linne with 66 new rooms.
2012
Acquired Thon Hotel Halden – 88 rooms, conference facilities and restaurant with terrace. The hotel is integrated with Brygga Kultursal / Halden kulturhus.
2013
Acquired new plot in Halden near Thon Hotel Halden and established T-Park Halden AS with operation of 60 outdoor parking spaces.
2014
Expansion of the hotel operation in Halden. Park Hotel Halden – 64 rooms, operated with lease contract by NHG AS from January 2015.
2015
Projected start-up of expansion (stage II and III) of the Thon Hotel Linne in October 2015.
Statsråd Mathiesens vei 10, Oslo, 64 new hotel rooms (116 in total) projected for lease late 2016.
Statsråd Mathiesens vei 8, Oslo, 48 new studio apartments (104 in total) projected for lease mid 2017.
Statsråd Mathiesens vei 12, Oslo, 54 new hotel rooms & suites (170 in total) projected for lease mid 2018.
2016
Acquired Park Hotel Halden – 64 rooms, centrally located in Halden.
2017
Acquired Strömstad Spa & Resort – 232 rooms, in Strömstad, Sweden from January 2017.
Acquired the operation of Son Spa – 148 rooms, in Son, 30 min south of Oslo from November 2017.
2018
Thon Hotel Linne, Oslo, completed the expansion of the hotel operation, 394 hotel rooms & suites, meeting rooms.
Expansion of Dalen Hotel with 5 new rooms.
Park Hotel Halden re-branded to Clarion Collection Hotel Park Halden, October 2018
2019
Expansion of Dalen Hotel with 2 new rooms, to total of 49 rooms.
Acquired Son Spa property – 148 rooms, in Son, 30 min south of Oslo, June 2019.
Acquired Farris Bad property – 176 rooms, in Larvik, 60 min south of Oslo, December 2019.
2023
Management and operation of Hotel Riviera, a new 172 rooms lifestyle hotel in Moss, Norway.
2025
